History
Formed in 2011, Initial Independence, Inc. (TRI-I) is a for-profit organization. Initial Independence, Inc has experience in providing and coordinating supportive services to a variety of programs, with particular emphasis on serving populations with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Initial Independence, Inc has focused its organizational energies toward developing innovative and effective systems and services that enable individuals with disabilities to participate in life to the fullest extent.
Our company is built on relationships. The relationships we develop with the individuals we support will
determine their success in the endeavors they choose for their lives. This relationship also determines the
success of our agency. We strive to become part of every person's life that we support. This helps our individuals and our company form a strong circle of supports to help deal with the ups and downs that life throws at us on a daily basis.
